Microsoft takes aim at fake antivirus software

Development of computer and Internet technology , caused a great revolution in world of information technology , it causes the world to become global village these technologies boomed the education and business system , now a days students can use internet to study anything , even business can expanded and managed world wide using these simple technologies .

But these technologies also caused several threats to the computers, for example virus, trojan horse , malware. But to save our computers and personal data from all these threats antivirus software are created. There are several companies or organization which create Fake antivirus (These antivirus softwares assume to remove malwares or malicious progroms from the computer )

But to get rid of these fake antivirus softwares, microsoft updated their milicious software Removal tool to detect fake antivirus software for example “win32/InterAntivirus “ , “Personal antivirus software”.

These antivirus alerts unsuspecting users of false or fake claims to remove malicious program and frightened them to buy these fake security softwares .

These programs not only steals credit card no but also steals FTP username and password, According to Microsoft official , the people behind this program use and register new domain names every day such as scanfan4.info and star4scan.info.

The fake malware warning have become a common method of luring simple users for buying illegitimate softwares . It a good new that microsoft take steps forward for preventing these antivirus attacks.

One of the complicated thing about these fake antivirus softwares, is that we need to remove all files of these fake antivirus program manually.
